Guest users are now authorized in flow.

Believe me the Guest topic is an extremely sensitive topic; most of my customers are in the financial sector and are right to be worried about this.

So today guest users can be invited in your tenant, they can take part of approval and they can even create flows in your tenant, but in guest mode with a bunch of (very secure) limitations.

If you want to invite a guest as a flow user you need to assign them an Office 365 licence. So this must be controlled by IT and I think this is a good think (as long as  IT can react quickly).
