Create a Flow that finds your flows

I don’t know how it works for you, but it looks like I cannot always easily find flows I did create weeks before. They are stored in many environments and I give them sometimes very weird names.

3 months ago I decided to create a flow that would find all the flows across all environments that contain a specific string in their name.  It worked perfectly well. And I know you won’t believe me, but I couldn’t find it anymore last week… :- )  So I did create a new flow to find my flow finder… I couldn’t find it, so it was probably created in another tenant : – )

Let’s take a look at how to use the flow :

findtheflow1

Click run flow and you will get an e-mail :

findtheflow2

Now let’s take a look at the flow itself. It is very simple :

findflow3

You can download the exported package from my Onedrive for Business.
