Administrator Debugging ASP.Net and “access denied”

I’ve faced this problem tonight : I was logged on a computer as an administrator (sorry about that), and I was trying to debug an asp.net 1.1 application when I ‘ve got the "access denied " message; the asp.net worker process didn’t have the administrator privilege according to the <process model> ellement of my machine.config.
The solution was to ask the system to impersonate the client after authentification :
 
Control Panel->administrative tools->Local security Policy->User rights assignment->In the Policy pane->right-click Impersonate a client after authentication : add the process model account , reset IIS ( type "iisrest" at the console), and (I’ve discovered it much later), refresh the local policies with "gpupdate /force "…
